These terms apply when you use Scopalis. By using the service you agree to them.
Last updated: 1 September 2026
Scopalis analyzes client briefs you submit and returns a structured review: hidden work, missing information, scope risks, a risk score with reasoning, and suggested questions.
The analysis is generated by an AI model and is provided for information only. It is not legal, financial or professional advice.
Scopalis cannot know anything the brief does not say, and AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. We do not guarantee that a project will be profitable, low-risk or free of scope creep, and we do not guarantee that every risk in a brief will be identified.
All pricing, scope, contract and acceptance decisions remain entirely yours.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms.
Do not use Scopalis to submit unlawful content, to submit material you are not permitted to share, to attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls, or to disrupt, reverse engineer or resell the service.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
One free analysis is available per account or device signal. Paid plans are Pro, billed monthly, and Lifetime, a single one-time payment.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Pro renews automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime does not renew.
We may change prices for future purchases or renewals. Existing Lifetime purchases are unaffected.
You keep ownership of the briefs you submit and the analyses generated from them. You grant us the permission needed to process that content in order to operate the service.
We aim to keep Scopalis available and accurate, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or changes to the product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from your use of Scopalis is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date above reflects the most recent update, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
