Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Scopalis collects, why it is collected and what control you have over it.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Information we collect

Account information: if you create an account, we store your email address and authentication details required to sign you in.

Content you submit: the client briefs you paste into the analyzer, the profession you select, and the analysis produced from them.

Usage information: a count of how many free analyses have been used, and for signed-out visitors a non-identifying technical signal used only to apply the free limit fairly.

Billing information: if you purchase a plan, payment is handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of your purchase and subscription status, but we never receive or store your full card details.

How we use it

To produce the analysis you requested, to save your analysis history when you are signed in, to apply free-usage limits, to give you access to the plan you purchased, and to keep the service secure and working.

We do not sell your information.

AI processing

Brief text is sent to a third-party AI provider in order to generate the analysis. Please do not paste information you are not permitted to share, such as confidential material covered by an agreement with your client.

Storage and retention

Analyses created while signed in are stored against your account until you delete them or your account is removed. You can delete any saved analysis from your dashboard at any time.

Analyses run while signed out are not attached to an account.

Your choices

You can delete saved analyses from your dashboard, cancel a subscription from the billing portal, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, and access controls so that your analyses are visible only to your account. No online service can promise absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date above reflects the most recent update. Continued use of Scopalis after an update means you accept the revised policy.
